slow feeders

Description: A quick and easy slow feeder. Knot the cord into two loops and close with a double ended snap. The loops are about 1/3 around the circumference. Adjust the knots so the cord comes over the handles easily, but not when clipped. Takes up to 1/2 SQ bale.
