Above: The photos from the air show the property before we put a little garden behind the house. There is now a narrow aisle so horses
can get from side of barn and into the far field that is attached to the riding sand ring. I had it like this so I could divide two horses on one side and two on the other. There
are two doors into the barn and the barn is divided in two. In this way I have two ponies together (mare and gelding) and two horses (mare and gelding) I have a dominant gelding
and a dominant mare so in bad weather I sometimes divide everybody up.
Above Left Photo : This is the side paddock on the south side of house up near the main road. I will keep this as a paddock so I can close a horse off alone if needed.
The horses come in here now as you can see there is no grass...but there is enough grass/roots to give the mini laminitis.__________________________________________________________________________________________
Below: This is the largest back field. I used to cut hay here but we do not do this anymore. I can only put one horse out here because everybody else will get foundered.
The paint horse is the only one that does not risk having feet problems....yet. The morgan mare has an undiagnosed IR/Cushings problem.
One mini pony has laminitis. She gets fat very easy and I do not put her on grass right now as she is sore. The pony laying down is fine but gets fat fast so I only put him
in the grass for 15 minutes or so. They all still get sugar as they eat the roots and anything else they can get their teeth on....like under the fence.

Below: Here is the continuation of the paddocks as they are now. That is a sand riding area (or was...need to clean it)
I want to bring the track up the left side of the sand and join the track to the small area in the middle heading for the barn.
I want to keep the paddock at the lower right corner of this photo as it is for now, in case I want to close somebody off. ____________________________________________________________________________________________

Above: The horses can walk up the track and get here where they can go in the barn for shelter.
Right now when I want to separate them I have two that can come in this door and two that use the other side. I am able to separate everybody
when there is bad weather because there are two horses that will stand and block the doors. In this photo these horses are able to come in the one door
and out the door you see and they can walk over to the far paddock. They are locked out of the riding ring area because there is too much grass.
They are also locked out of the large back field. I put the paint out alone in the fields with grass. It would be great if he could go out in the middle
and once the track is wore down, the other ones could stay on the outside.
