The Round Bale Net has a cylindrical shape and is made to fit complete round bales with a diameter of 4’ = 48” = 120cm. The Round Bale Net is 8’ = 96” = 240cm high. This net also works perfectly fine for a whole bunch of small bales or a big load of loose hay. It sells for $165 (shipping included).  |  |
The nets are produced with a 3 mm (1/8”) yarn and a 4 cm (1 9/16”) mesh but they shrink when being used for a while. Nylon becomes stronger when wet. (It is supposed to be streched a little more when meassured.)  | If you boil the net it will shrink and become a little sturdier. |
This net has been boiled to shrink and then used continuously for 5 months. You can see that the mesh is smaller in one way than the other because of the weight of the fully loaded net. |  |
