Sometimes a photo just won't load right directly onto a page, but will be easy to add once it's in the photo gallery. Make sure that the file size is small enough. I think Wetpaint's limit is 500kb, but I find it easiest to work with picture files under 250 -- sometimes the larger ones just seem to stop loading.
If that doesn't help, I'd be happy to load the picture for you if you email it to me at indigoskye2000 @ yahoo.com (remove the spaces on either side of the @ symbol).

As far as PP plans going through changes before we're finished -- don't I know it! My "Alabama Plan" on the layout page desperately needs some updating - ha ha. I *will* eventually do that, but in the meantime it's there as a starting point!
